Overview

Perhaps the most “French” of all events at Convention, students will write down what they hear being read to them in French.

Number of Entries

No limit.

Time Limit

The event will last approximately 5 minutes.

Judging

Based upon number of correct words.

Procedure

Any student wishing to participate will do so during the Opening Ceremony.  Have a pen or pencil handy!  A short passage will be read, then papers must be turned in within a minute after the conclusion of the reading.  Since papers are scored for accuracy, words must be spelled correctly (including accent marks) in order to count as being correct.
